How the design deposit, the production deposit and post-delivery support work — in plain terms.
The design deposit reserves your place in the build schedule and opens the engineering work: a session with the team, a full specification for your car and your space, and a personal quote within 72 hours.
It is fully refundable within 14 days of payment, for any reason and without explanation. If the project goes ahead, it is credited in full toward the cost of the system.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Allow several business days for the transfer to appear.
Once a quote is approved, a production deposit is agreed in writing before the build starts. Because every system is built to order — components sourced, cockpit geometry cut and a vehicle model built for your car specifically — this deposit covers work that cannot be resold, and the written agreement sets out the terms under which it may be recovered.
If we cannot deliver what was specified, you are refunded in full.
Tell us as early as possible. What can be returned depends on how far the build has progressed and on which components have already been ordered or machined. We will set that out honestly rather than apply a flat rule.
A delivered system is a bespoke installation and is not returnable as a stock product. If something does not work as specified, we fix it: software updates and remote diagnostics are part of ownership, and hardware faults are handled under the terms of your written agreement and any manufacturer warranty on third-party components.
Monthly access can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. The current period runs to its end; part-months are not refunded.
